Myrtie Mae Howington, 86, of Paragould, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022. She was born January 3, 1936, to Pleasant and Ollie Bowen. Myrtie enjoyed doing cross word puzzles and couldn't wait for Saturday to get here so she could find a bargain at yard sales.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Howington; one granddaughter, Ashlee Jordan Howington; son in law, William Callahan; and five siblings.

Survivors include her son, Jim Howington (Ambera); daughters, Sandra Callahan, Marsha Howington, Diane Howington; sister, Charlotte Allison; eight grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 28, from 10:00 a.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.
