Naomi Eunice Ratliff, 91, of Paragould passed away Saturday, January 16, 2016.  She was born July 17, 1925 in Jonesboro to the late St. Clair and Pearl Slatton.  Naomi was of Church of Christ faith.  She loved to travel, sing, and pick her guitar.  Animals held a special place in her heart.  Naomi enjoyed going to Wal-Mart each morning to drink coffee, walk, and visit with friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Jack Ratliff; son Richie Heard; sisters, Lottie Edrington, Ludene Slatton, and Polly Farmer; brothers, Joe and Paul Slatton; and a step son, Jack Ratliff.

Survivors include one step daughter, Jodi Tedesco; sister, Ruth Smith; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Monday, January 18, 2016, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.  A procession will leave for a graveside service at Linwood Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
