Nolan Thomas Higdon, 100, of Paragould, AR, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Greene Acres Nursing Home. Mr. Higdon was born October 16, 1911 to Joe and Sally Higdon.Preceding him in death were his parents; wife Betty; Brother Sonny Higdon; Sisters Clenie Reed and JoAnn and two great grandchildren Matthew and Mitchell.Survivors include three sons; Joe (Doris) Higdon of Paragould, Gene (Carol) Higdon of Imperial, MO and David Higdon also of Paragould; Two daughters, Nola Mae Potter and Margie Despain both of Paragould; Three brothers, Donald, Ralph and Ernie Higdon; Two sisters, Uneda and Mammie; 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.No services are planned at this time.
