O.A. Shrable, 93, of Paragould passed away Saturday, December 12, 2015.  He was born in Viola, AR, June 29, 1922, to John Cleve and O'Dessie Shrable.  O.A. was a World War II Veteran and he worked for GM in Flint, MI for 32 years.

His parents preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Maxine, of the home; daughters, Norna Gipson of Flint, MI and Betty Allen of Winter Park, FL; brothers, Bill Johnson and Ray Peters; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

A graveside service with military honors will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at Linwood Cemetery with services in care of Phillips Funeral Home.
