Pamela Jo Horn-Cockrum, 58, of Paragould, passed away April 17, 2018.  She was born February 29, 1960, in Alton, Illinois, to Joe and Martha Horn.

Pamela was preceded in death by her mother.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Cockrum; father, Joe Horn; sons, Trey (Nicole) Cockrum and Joseph Cockrum; brother, Dale (Cassee) Horn; grandchildren, Ryan Cockrum and Christopher Payne; nieces and nephews, Savannah, Jacob, Lucas, and Beau.

A graveside service will be Friday at 4:00 p.m. at Meadows Grove Cemetery at Beech Grove.
