IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Pamela "Pam" Jean
Smith
June 20, 1968 – February 6, 2025
Pamela Jean Smith, known affectionately as Pam to her friends and family, passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 56. Born on June 20, 1968, Pam's life was marked by her vibrant spirit and a profound love for her family, her cats, and the color purple.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents, M.J. and Lillian Smith.
Pam is survived by a loving family: her brother, Marvin Smith, and his wife, Lisa Smith; her sister, Michele Rupple, and her husband, Lance Rupple. Each of them held a special place in her heart, and she cherished the moments spent in their company.
Pam's passion for her feline companions was unmatched. Her cats, George, Midnight, Sweet Pea, Ringo, Leo, and Ren, were like her children, each with their own unique personalities and quirks that Pam knew and adored.
An ardent enthusiast of all things purple, Pam's fascination with the color was evident in her wardrobe and her home décor. This love of purple was more than a preference; it was a reflection of her creative nature.
A graveside under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 10, at Pine Knot Cemetery with Dan Newsom officiating.
