Patricia Ann Bolton, affectionately known as Pat to her friends and loved ones, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2025, in Paragould, Arkansas, at the age of 81. Heaven gained a beautiful angel.  Born on November 23, 1943, Pat's life was characterized by her vivacity, dedication, and the joy she brought to everyone she met.

Pat grew up in a time where her athletic abilities shone brightly. She was known for her prowess on the basketball court and her finesse on the tennis court during her youth. Her competitive spirit and leadership were evident early on, and those who knew her then could attest to her determination and sportsmanship. Pat's high school years were spent at Arbyrd High School.

Her professional journey was as varied as it was impressive. Pat's exceptional organizational skills and warm personality led her to a fulfilling career at Monroe, where she served as the personnel secretary. Later, Pat found a new calling in the meticulous world of tax preparation. However, it was at the Huddle House where Pat's vibrant character became a staple in the Paragould community. Her tenure as a waitress was marked by her infectious smile, attentive service, and the genuine connections she forged with those she served. It came as no surprise when she was voted Paragould's best waitress, an accolade that spoke volumes of her commitment to her work and the people she encountered each day.

Her presence will be profoundly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was the strongest and most loving person.  Sacrificing more that she should have to make sure her family was taken care of was just a normal day for Pat.  Though are hearts are heavy we find comfort in knowing she is resting in the loving embrace of God surrounded by love and light.  The family will forever cherish Pat's memory and carry her spirit always.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Nina Mae Alsup; 2 brothers; 1 sister; granddaughter, Brittney Harris; and step-sons, Tony and Scott Bolton.

Pat is survived by her son, Mike Alsup; daughter, Kimberly Bowen; step-son, Mark Bolton (Yvonne); grandchildren, Jessica Moslander (John), Sarah Matheny (Heath), and Jaclyn Renee Bowen; great-grandchildren, Zach Pruett, Alexis Pruett, Jakob Moslander, Abbilyn Moslander, Paizlee Moslander, Henleigh Moslander, Jaylynn Bailey, Evan Resendez, Jhett Matheny, and Jovie Matheny; and step-grandchildren, Tony Bolton, Jr. and Amber Bolton.

The family will receive friends Thursday, February 13, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.
