Patsy Ann Lively, 62, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021.  She was born February 18, 1959 to Mary Anderson.  Patsy loved to go fishing, was an avid shopper, enjoyed watching game shows, and playing games on her computer.  She always had a good time no matter what she was doing.  Patsy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Patsy was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Anderson.

Survivors include her sons, Randy Lively (Amy) and Chris Lively all of Paragould; and special companion, David Howard of Memphis, Tennessee.

No services are planned at this time.

The family asked that any donations be made to Phillips Funeral Home to help with cremation expenses.
