Paul Raymond Woodson, Sr., 83, of Paragould, passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022. He was born December 24, 1938, to Merritt and Hazel Woodson. Paul was a mechanic and enjoyed doing anything that had to do with cars. He loved watching car tv shows, westerns, Christian movies, The 700 Club, Dr. Phil, and listening to Christian music.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, David Woodson, Bud Woodson; and sisters, Viola Miligi and Vera Kincaid.
Survivors include his wife, Myrtle Cook; sons, Paul Raymond Woodson, Jr., Kevin Len Woodson; daughter, Elice McMaster; brother, Dale Lonnie Frisk; grandchildren, Josh Cross, Matthew Woodson, Jonathan Morgan, Austin O'Farrell, Anthony O'Farrell, Max McCormick, Ariel McCormick, Elissa McCormick, and David Day; grandchildren, Nicole Johnson, Jonathan Morgan, Cheyenne Whitlow, Austin O'Farrell; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home will be held on Monday, January 31, at 2:00 p.m. at Linwood Cemetery.
