Perry Noel, 73, of Paragould, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022. He was born January 21, 1949, to James and Izetta Noel. Perry was a huge Nascar fan and loved everything that had to do with cars.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandchildren, McCratney Glover, McKenzie Glover; and brothers, Bill Gaulden, Wayne Noel, and Ricky Noel.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Vickie Noel; son, Perry Lynn Noel of Paragould; daughter, Bobbie Davis (Tim) of Paragould; brother, Larry Noel (Bonnie); sisters, Roberta Crockett (Larry), Teresa Holt (Larry); grandchildren, Jordan Warren, Jason Warren, Hannah Burns, Kalen Burns, Taylor Shipman, Colby Noel, Evan Davis; and great-grandchildren, Jacob Warren, Nevaeh Easley, Watson Easley, and Parker Burns.
