Phillip "LeRoy" Lee Brown, 64, of Paragould, passed away Friday, November 26, 2021.  He was born January 1, 1957, in Paragould, to Gerald and Violet Brown.  LeRoy worked at Monroe for over 40 years.  He loved working on lawn mowers that he found at yard sales.

LeRoy was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gerald Thomas Brown; and son, Christopher Brown.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Shirley Brown; daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Brandon Dunn of Fayetteville; brother, Dennis Brown; sister, Donna Busby; seven grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.

The family will receive friends Monday, November 29, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 30, at Phillips Funeral Home with Dennis Bradley officiating.  Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery.
