Phillip Bill Ward, 87, of Paragould, passed away May 4, 2016 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center.  He was born July 3, 1928 to Ashley and Mae Ward.

Preceding him in death were his parents; brother, Richard Ward; sister Berniece Emery.

Survivors include his wife, Marlene Ward; sons, Phillip Ward, Jr., Mike Ward and Frank Ward; step children, Cyd McCready and Robert Sercombe; nephew, Joe Emery and his wife, Hattie; niece, Kathy Sandlin; along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the care of Phillips Funeral Home and no services are planned at this time.
