Portia Ann Osborn, 79, of Paragould, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2024, at her residence.  She was born August 12, 1944, in Kentucky, to Leslie and Delilah Ellen Wheeler.  Portia enjoyed reading, jewelry making, and Mahjong.

Portia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas Osborn, Sr.; son, Thomas Osborn, Jr.; brother, Callis; and sister, Nettie.

Survivors include her daughters, Rachel Brown, Amanda Poschman, Julia Gardner (Brian); daughter-in-law, Valerie Hunter; grandchildren, Robert Osborn (maria), Brian Lowe, Michelle (Pat) Rodden, Jerry Sue Gardner, Sydney (Justin) Morris, Kara Osborn, Emily Osborn, J.G. Hunter, Lashonna Hunter Ashley, Ember Hunter, Beth Poschman, and Alex Poschman; fifteen great-grandchildren; sister, Vera Jean Clemmons; brother, Leslie (Dianne) Wheeler; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
