Ralph William Puckett, 74, passed away October 24, 2016, at his residence.  He was born November 1, 1941, in Maryville, MO to Ralph Sr. and Mary Puckett.  He was a successful entrepreneur, owner of NKP Trucking and Construction, and a truck driver.  Among Ralph's many achievements, he was awarded the contract on the FedEx airport runway in Memphis, TN.  Ralph was very industrious.  He built many things including race cars and his own construction equipment.  He was a NASCAR enthusiast.  Ralph was also an Air Force Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph William Puckett, Sr.; one brother, Jim Puckett; two sisters, Wilma Puckett and JerryAnn McIntire; and a grandson, Brecken Stone.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Kathy Puckett; his mother, Mary V. Puckett; one daughter and son-in-law, Natalie and Charlie Stone; one brother-in-law, Jess McEntyre; one sister, Sharon Lucas; three grandchildren, Emma, Riley, and Brady Stone; a special friend, Sherry Lashley; multiple nieces, nephews, and a host of friends who will all miss him dearly.

The family will receive friends 1-3 pm on Thursday, October 27, 2016, at Phillips Funeral Home.  Funeral services will begin at 3pm Thursday, October 27, 2016, in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Jim Markley officiating.  Burial will follow at Union Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Todd Myrick, Tim Myrick, Mark Bunch, Charlie Stone, Blake McEntyre and Sherry Lashley.
