Rebbecca Nadine Barnes, 63, of Paragould, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2026. She was born June 1, 1962, in Salem, Ohio, to Ray and Joyce Carnes. She was a talented in the art of crochet. Rebbecca was a loving daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. Her children and grandchildren meant the world to her. She relished in time spent with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Rebbecca was preceded in death by her father, Ray Carnes.

Survivors include her husband, Mark Barnes; mother, Joyce Carnes; children, Yvonne, Jeffery, Vanessa, and Iris; grandchildren, Easton, Cynthia, Lillian, Harley, and Clementine; and siblings, Rhea, Nathan, and Neal.
