Richard Milton Chipman, 73, of Paragould, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2017. He was born November 22, 1943, to Sam and Alma Chipman. Richard was a Vietnam Veteran and a local barber for over 50 years. He was known as the "King of Karaoke."

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Donald and Larry Chipman; and sister, Sandra Chipman.

Survivors include his son, Marty Chipman; daughters, Charlotte Evans, and Sheryl Hoke; brothers, Melvin Chipman, Gary Chipman, and Bruce Chipman; sisters, Elaine Cooper and Melba Chipman; 8 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild. Richard is also survived by many adored children that he called "His Kids."
