Richard Ray Turner, 56, of Paragould, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2024. He was born January 1, 1968. Richard enjoyed riding his motorcycle and going hunting. He was a man of God that enjoyed helping others in need and loved his family, especially his grandchildren.

Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Tammy Turner; maternal grandparents, Herman Stump and Elizabeth Melton; and paternal grandparents, Grady Turner and Nellie Hyde.

Survivors include his father, Richard G. Turner (Brenda); mother, Virginia Weatherford; son, Jeremy Turner (Kimberly); daughter, Shayla Adams (Kaylee); brothers, Randy Turner (Linda), David Turner; and grandchildren, Natalie Moss, Ethan Moss, Sean Turner, Zane Turner, Brayla Adams, Brooklyn Adams, and Scarlett Adams.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 10, from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, September 11, at 10:00 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with Joshua Niswonger officiating. Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery.

Brandon Adams, Randy Turner, David Turner, Doug Perry, James Hunt, Jr., and Hunter Wilson will serve as pallbearers.
