Ricky Huckabee - November 10, 2013 Ricky Huckabee passed away on November 10, 2013 at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center. He was born on July 12, 1954 to Gene and Maxine Huckabee, in Brighton, AR. Ricky loved riding his motorcycle along with fishing. Ricky is preceded in death by his parents, Gene Huckabee and Maxine Carlton; and his brother Johnny Huckabee. a
