Robert L. Cline, 77, of Paragould, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024. He was born February 3, 1947, to Osa Leroy and Rosetta Cline. Robert was an Air Force Veteran and he served in The Vietnam era for four years. He then worked for the U. S. Air Force as an Electronics Technician. He worked for the Army Corp of Engineers until retiring. Robert was a very good man that loved bass fishing. His son, Curtis, was his pride and joy.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, JoAnn Cline; brothers, Bill Cline, Lloyd Cline, and Melvin Cline; and sister, Notra Fuller.

Survivors include his wife, Susan Cline; son, Curtis A. Carter (Shelia) of Paragould; grandchildren, Curtis W. Carter (Megan), Ashley Richardson; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn, Peyton, Ellie; brother-in-law, Larry Rice; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service with military honors under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home will be held on Tuesday, April 23, at 1:00 p.m. at Jonesboro Memorial Park with Sean Sullivan officiating.
