Robert Daniel "Bob" Dick, 69, passed away on Monday. February 8, 2021. He was born March 31, 1951, to David and Nava Dick. Bob was a retired Army Veteran and avid hunter and fisherman. He played trumpet in high school, was an Atlanta Braves fan, and enjoyed camping and being outdoors.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, David M. Dick and Shirley J. Grossnickle.
Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Teresa Dick; son and daughter in law, Jason Daniel and Donna Dick; daughter and son in law, Nava Michelle and Justin Christian; step-children, Amy Hyde, Amber (Heath) Jones, and Aaron (Shea) Hyde; mother of children, Mae Marsh; sisters, Mary White, Arlene Thompson; grandchild, Kayla Peterson; step-grandchildren, Hunter Ragsdell, Nicholas Ragsdell, Landon Hyde, and Lawson Hyde; and three great-grandchildren, Caiden, Ajax, and Ava.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 12, from 10:00 a.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m with Packy Magel officiating. Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery.
Hadyn Mosley, Blake Nunn, Aaron Hyde, Nick Ragsdell, Hunter Ragsdell, and Heath Jones will serve as pallbearers.
