Robert Gordon Swink Sr., 66, of Jonesboro, AR, passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2019.  He was born January 4, 1953, to David and Jewel Swink. He was raised on the Big Slough levee in the Neighbor's Corner community. Robert attended Marmaduke School. He enjoyed his wife, kids, and grandkids. He loved to ride motorcycles.  He was a police officer in West Memphis, AR., a deputy in Greene Co. and a maintenance man for 30 years.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lesa Swink; daughter, Brook Barner; and sister Sue Melton.

Survivors include his son and daughter in law, Robert and Dina Swink Jr. of Marked Tree, Heath and Tiffany Farmer of Paragould; daughters and sons in law, Melissa and Jay LaRouche of Ohio, Tina and Ricky Thurman of Quitman, AR, Brittany Reese of Marmaduke; brother, Jimmy Swink; sister, Dale George; grandchildren, Katelin, Abigail, Madison, Mikka, Peyton, Robert III, Savannah, Tate, Kendal, Brenton, Haley, Emma, Christopher, Ethan, and Kennady; and four great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 21, at 1:00 p.m. at St John's Cemetery with Pastor Aaron Neugebauer officiating.
