Robin Trent Wood passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 61. Born on September 17, 1963, in Little Rock, Arkansas, Trent's early years were marked by a spirited zest for life that would define him throughout his days.

Trent proudly served his country as an Army veteran, a period of his life that instilled in him a sense of duty and honor. These values seamlessly translated into his civilian life, where he became well-respected in his long-standing career as a truck driver.

As a supporter of Razorback sports, Trent's passion for his home team was contagious. He could often be found cheering on his favorite players, whether from the stands or in front of the television, his spirit undimmed regardless of the game's outcome.

Beyond his affinity for athletics, Trent was blessed with a beautiful singing voice, a gift he generously shared with all who had the pleasure to listen. His renditions of country and gospel classics were not only a testament to his musical talent but also a window into his soul, where faith and simplicity harmonized to create a melody of sincerity.

In quieter moments, Trent's love for playing cards offered a chance for camaraderie and laughter. Those who sat at the card table with him will fondly remember his good-natured competitiveness and the easy way he made every gathering feel like a celebration of friendship.  He loved to cook and share his culinary talents with family and friends.  He definitely enjoyed good food.

Trent had an affinity for animals, especially dogs.  He enjoyed setting outside watching the animals.

Trent was preceded in death by his father, Billy Lee Wood and his sister, Rhonda Brown.

Survivors include his mother, Earlene Boling (Richard Rauls); special friend, Sue Hale; and several cousins and close friends.

A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 21 at Finch Cemetery with Tracy Archibald officiating.

Trent will be dearly missed by his mother and those who knew him.
