Rocky Lee Miller - March 28, 2013 Rocky Lee Miller, 51, of Paragould passed away March 28, 2013 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. He was born June 18, 1961 in Trumann to Mark and Kathleen Miller. He loved to fish, go mudding, ride horse and play Yatzee. He was a member of Anderson Tully Baptist Church.He is survived by three sons, Tyler, Connor and Quinton Miller all of Paragould; one daughter Hayley Miller of Harrisburg; four brothers, Paul Miller of Marked Tree, Jerry Miller of Wynne, Joe Miller of Trumann and Glen Miller of Dallas Texas; two sisters, Nina Hazel of Marked Tree and Deborah Meeks of Wynne; companion, Pam Smallwood and one grandchild, Marci Costner.Preceding him in death were his parents and one brother, Billy Miller.The family will receive friends 12 - 2 PM, Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Phillips Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 2 PM.
