Ruth Ann Bigley, 59, of Rector, passed away February 18, 2014 at UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born June 9, 1954 in Joliet, Illinois, to Jesse and Sandra Olveria. Preceding her in death was her mother, Sandra Olveria.Survivors include her father, Jesse Olveria; husband, Donald Ray Bigley; sons and daughters-in-law, Danny and Kathy Sims, Jesse and Regina Everett, Richard and Cindy Everett, and Kenneth Cherry; daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and David Vickers; 14 grandchildren.The family will receive friends Monday, February 24 from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. Memorial services will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with James Ward officiating.
