Samantha Lee Barnum, 47, of Paragould, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2020.  She was born May 15, 1973, in Chicago, Illinois, to Dave and Cheryl Kubinski.

Samantha was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Nicholas Smith; sister, Susie Kubinski; and husband, Tracey Barnum.

Survivors include her daughter, Emily Barnum; sisters, Sheryl Kubinski and Sharon Croft; several nephews; extended family, James and Dora Smith, Regena Caughlin, Mark Smith, and Mary and Mike Murphy.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 7, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.  Burial will be private.
