Sandra Paulette Gadberry, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on July 23, 2026, at the age of 78.
Born on February 13, 1948, Sandra embodied love and kindness throughout her life. She was known for her gentle spirit and her unwavering devotion to her family. Sandra shared her life with her devoted husband, Wendell Gadberry, who survives her and cherishes the countless memories they created together.
Sandra was a deeply proud mother, and she leaves behind daughters Sandy Garrett (Dean), Christy Jaimeson (David), and Jillian Helling (Tom), all of whom were the recipients of her boundless love and encouragement. Her legacy lives on through her ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, whose lives she enriched and whose achievements brought her immeasurable pride and joy.
Family was the cornerstone of Sandra’s life. She was a beloved sister to Charlie Everett, Keith Everett, Patricia Clements, and Judy Clark. The memories and bonds shared among siblings are a testament to the loving home she helped cultivate.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Alene Everett; her daughter, Farawanna Isbell; and brothers, Scott Everett and Sam Everett.
Sandra’s greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. She delighted in their laughter and milestones, always offering a welcoming embrace and wise guidance. She also found happiness in simple pleasures: taking rides through the hills to admire the scenery, tending to her flowers, and nurturing her favorite roses. Sandra’s keen eye often found her watching red birds from her back window, appreciating the quiet beauty of nature.
Friends and family will gather to remember Sandra’s life and legacy at a visitation and funeral service held at Monette Church of Christ, 702 Drew Ave, Monette, AR 72447. Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 28, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. with Art Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Macey Cemetery.
