Sandy Quinn, 72, of Paragould departed this world Thursday, October 1, 2015.  Sandy was born in Benton Harbor, MI to Ernest and Mildred Stafford on October 3, 1942.  She lived in the area most of her life before moving to the warmth of Arkansas.  Sandy worked at Michigan Fruit Canner in Benton Harbor for many years, as well as, several convenience stores in Arkansas before retiring.  She enjoyed crocheting, listening to county music, and she was an avid reader.

Sandy was preceded in death by her parents; infant brothers, Stanley (her twin), and Ernest Jr.; sisters, Pat Troike and Dorothy Gallagher; and her granddaughter, Shawna Tober.

Sandy is survived by her good friend, Stan Quinn; children, Stan (Patti) Tober of Watervliet, MI, Nancy Tober (Mike Opulskas) of Coloma, MI, and Wendy (Gary) Whipple of Dowagiac, MI; grandchildren, Kylee, Sandi, Nikki, Cheyenne,  Mysti, Kacey, Erika and Zac; great grandchildren, Jacob, Alex, Skylar, and Alyssa; brother, Allen (Gertrude) Davis of Bangor, MI; and brother in law, Mike Gallagher of GA.

The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, October 3, 2015, at Phillips Funeral Home.  The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, October, 3, 2015, in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.
