Obituary

Sara Ann Lucinda Wall Gramling, 36, of Paragould, Arkansas, went to her Heavenly Home on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. She was born on May 10, 1990, in Jonesboro, Arkansas, to Tim and Debbie Wall.

Sara was a devoted Christian and faithful member of Walcott Baptist Church. Her greatest joy in life was being a loving and Godly mother to her children. She was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, teacher, and friend whose kind heart and unwavering faith touched countless lives. Sara loved singing from the heart and sharing the love of Christ with others through both her words and her actions.

Sara graduated from Williams Baptist College and then later earned a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Arkansas State University. Teaching was truly her calling and she was passionate about helping children reach their full potential. During her career, she taught in both the Greene County Tech School District and the Jonesboro School District. She also had a deep love for serving individuals with special needs and faithfully volunteered with Special Olympics.

Sara leaves behind to cherish her memory, her beloved children, MaCaully, Lochlann, Marygold, Lavinia Gramling, her loving parents, Tim and Debbie Wall, her brother, Justin Wall (Danielle) and her nephews and niece, Gatlin, Weston, Baker, and Bayleigh Wall, her Maternal Grandparents, Jimmy and Taun Smith, and many loving cousins and friends.

She is also survived by her Aunts and Uncles, Melinda (Denny) White, Dale (Shonia) Smith, Cindy (Jimmy) Elenburg, Misty (Chris) Roofe, Great Aunt Beth ( Ray) Stricker, Great Uncle Danny (Carey) Rice, Great Aunt Barbara Rice, and Great Aunt Karen Smith, along with many extended family members.

Sara was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandmother, Carolyn Smith, her Paternal Grandparents, Russell and Dianne Wall, her Maternal Great Grandparents, Ruby and Everett Rice, her Maternal Great Grandmother, Alma Mohr, her Great Uncle Carol Rice and Great Uncle Virgil Smith, and Great Aunt and Great Uncle Mary and Curt Gray, Cousin Logan Roswell, and other beloved family members who welcomed her into Heaven.

Serving as pallbearers will be Johnny Smith, Tyler Smith, Quentin Smith, Logan Roswell, Adam Barnum, Corwin White, Carson Barnum, and Peyton Smith.

Honorary pallbearers will be Christina Pringle, Christy Sweeney, Ashley Hendon, Madison Tedder, Shea Roswell, Kaylee Hollis, Lexi Nelson, and Chloe Roofe.

A celebration of Sara’s life will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with the service following at 1:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. Heath Vines and Evan Smith will be officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Zion Cemetery.

Though our hearts are broken, we rejoice knowing Sara is now in the presence of her Lord and Savior. Her legacy of faith, compassion, service, and unconditional love will continue to live on through her children, her family, her students, and all whose lives she so beautifully touched.
