Scotty Allen Dawson, 66, of Paragould, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2020. He was born September 8, 1953, to Earl and Phyllis Dawson. Scotty loved music, played the guitar, and was a great singer. He was a very nice man and was always nice to people. Scotty was a great believer of Jesus Christ.

Scotty was preceded in death by his father, Earl Dawson and stepfather, Robert Manis.

Survivors include his mother, Phyllis "Dawson" Manis; son, Scotty Earl Dawson; daughter, Holly "Dawson" Farmer; brother and sister in law, Eric and Jennifer Dawson; sister and brother in law, Connie Wicker and Elton Collins; and grandchildren, Lennox Shaffer, Kenlea Dawson, and Lillian Dawson.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 8, at 10:00 a.m. at New Liberty Cemetery.
