Sherrie Lynn Phillips, 57, of Paragould, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2020.  She was born February 15, 1963, in Rector, to Ray and June Pennie.  Sherrie was raised in the Brighton Community.  She was a loving wife and mother, family was the center of her life.  Sherrie loved animals and flowers, especially yellow ones.  Above all, Sherrie was a devoted Christian.
Sherrie was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Jerry Ann Shearer; and sister in law, Juretha Pennie.
Survivors include her husband, James Phillips; son and daughter in law, Brandon and Shannon Pennie; daughters, Amanda Phillips and Caitlyn Phillips; brothers and sister in law, Larry Ray and Bonnie Pennie and Gary Joe Pennie; grandchildren, Dylan, Jonathan, and Fisher; and numerous nephews and nieces.
The family will receive friends Saturday, August 29, from 2:00 p.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home.  The funeral service will begin at 4:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with Tommy Pitcher officiating.
