Shirley Ruth Sears, 70, of Paragould, passed away December 29, 2016.  She was born October 19, 1946, in Marmaduke, Arkansas, to Lois and Dela Fields.  She enjoyed Facebook, online games, and playing cards.  Shirley was a member of 7th and Mueller Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Fred Sears; son, Michael David Sears; one brother; and three sisters.

Survivors include Shirley's daughters and sons in law, Crystal and Trent Marsh, Candace and Bobby Sipes, and Nichole and Tim Winberry; brother, Lois Fields, Jr.; grandchildren, Adam and Noah Winberry, Matthew Hecht, Brianna Murrell, Hunter Clayton, Madison and Ryan Sipes; and four great grandchildren.

The funeral service will be Monday, January 2, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Kim Bridges officiating.  Burial will follow at Harvey's Chapel Cemetery.

Matthew Hecht, Marty Laws, Hunter Clayton, Bobby Sipes, Greg Fields, and Tim Winberry will serve as pallbearers.
