Stephen Matthew Edgar, 48, of Paragould, passed away October 3, 2021.  He was born January 8, 1973, to Jim and Cynthia Edgar.

Steve was an avid sports fan.  He loved the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Yankees.  He enjoyed playing golf, cooking and grilling for his family and friends.

In addition to his parents survivors include his wife, Kendra Edgar; son, Matthew Edgar; daughters, Kaylee Edgar, Brittany (Will) Blair; sister, Stacey Edgar; and grandson, Anderson Blair.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 26, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.  A celebration of Steve's life will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 27, at Phillips Funeral Home with Evan Smith and Wes Wilkerson officiating.  Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery.
