Sue Hoggard Clayton, 77, passed away on Monday, December 7, 2020. She was born in Rector to Robert and Opal Hoggard. Sue was Greene County juvenile probation officer for over 30 years. She was a 1961 graduate of Marmaduke High School and a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church.
Sue was preceded in death by her father, Robert Hoggard; mother and stepfather, Opal and Tom Eubanks; husband, Billy Clayton; and stepdaughter, Billie Jean Hopkins.
Survivors include her daughter, Cathy Callantine; stepdaughter, Kami Clayton; sisters and brothers in law, Bren and Jim McConnaughhay, Melissa and Kale Phillips; grandchildren, Suzie, Cody, Zach, and Kailee; and twelve great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 10, at 2:00 p.m. at Harvey's Chapel Cemetery with Keith Wooldridge officiating.
