Tammy Sullins Freeze, 57, of Paragould, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021. She was born January 30, 1964, to W. C. and Maxine Sullins. Tammy taught elementary school at Blytheville, Burdette, Armorel, and Gosnell. She was an animal lover, especially her horse, Dolly, and dogs, Sam & Gabby. She didn't know any strangers and her goal was to serve others. Tammy was a member of 7th & Mueller Church of Christ and was a Christian through and through.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Dave Freeze; sons, Jacob Freeze and Zachary Freeze; brother, Jim Sullins (Jacque); and sister, Jackie Biggs (Chuck); and several nephews and nieces.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 13, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Friday, May 14, at 2:00 p.m. at 7th & Mueller Church of Christ with Raymond Lasley officiating. Burial will be private.

If one wishes to make a memorial, Tammy would be honored by contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
