Tammy Jean Roberts Sumpter, 56, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021. She was born July 3, 1964, in Graham, TX. Tammy was strong willed and a very hard worker. She loved fishing, cooking, planting, and gardening. Tammy was a very crafty person that made scrapbooks for her loved ones, wreaths, and jewelry.
Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Joe Frank Roberts and the love of her life, Wallace "Wally" Beal.
Survivors include  daughters, Heather Beasley of Paragould, Jennifer Roberts of Breckenridge, TX, Tabatha Ronget of Graham, TX; son, Kyle Sumpter of TX; mother, Thelma "Pug" Ruth McCommas Otts; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brothers and sisters in law, Jae and Teresa Roberts of Breckenridge, TX, Hamilton Hefner of Albany, TX; three nieces; and three nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 23, from 11:00 a.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery.
