Ted Dortch, 86, of Paragould, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023.  He was born in Paragould, to Robert and Pauline Dortch. Ted retired from the Marine Corps and served in Vietnam. He was Greene County Sheriff Deputy for several years. He was a huge Dallas Cowboy fan and he loved to hunt, fish, and spend time with his family.

Ted was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Norma Dortch; sons, Randy (Tina) Dortch of Prattville, AL, James (Deborah) Dortch of Boston, MA, Mike Dortch of Jonesboro, AR, and Kenny (Kim) Fletcher of Newport, AR; daughters, Kathy (Bill) Pope of Huntsville, AL, and Kim Dortch of Paragould; brother, Terry (Sandy) Dortch; eleven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be announced at a later date.
