Teresa Ann Cook, 49, of Paragould, passed away July 14, 2016, at her residence.  She was born March 3, 1967, to Thomas Wesley Whitford and Emily Parks.  Teresa was of the Christian faith and enjoyed trout fishing, reading and especially spending time with her grandbabies.

Preceding her in death was her father, Thomas Wesley Whitford; son, Floyd Wesley Cook; brother, Lloyd Hogue.

Survivors include her husband, Lloyd Cook; mother, Emily Parks; son and daughter in law, Thomas and Jamie Cook; brothers, Carl Hogue and Tony Whitford; two grandchildren, Korbyn Cook and Ebbi Fuwell.

The family will receive friends Saturday, July 16, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow the visitation at 4:00 p.m.  Burial will be at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Jonesboro.
