Terry Van Teasley, 68, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018. He was born December 9, 1949, to Elbert and Martha Ellen Teasley. Terry was a fun loving, spirited soul that loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 13 siblings.

Survivors include his beloved soulmate, Janice Teasley; sons, Joseph Van Teasley and David Davidson; daughters and son-in-law, Amy and Jade Wells and Teresa Teasley; brothers, Teddy Teasley, Ernie Teasley, and John Teasley; sister, Wanda Wilkins;  and grandchildren, Brittany Young, Drake Van Teasley, Kodie Teasley, Brody Teasley, and Erin Davidson.

A celebration of Terry's life will be Saturday, February 24, 2018, at 1 p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home.
