Tommy Pitcher, 66, of Paragould, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on Monday, March 21, 2022. He was born January 16, 1956, to Vondia and Emma Pitcher. He was a faithful member of the Oak Grove Church of Christ where he also preached for the last 10 years. Tommy was passionate about farming and gardening, he also enjoyed music, reading, traveling, basketball, and spending time with family. He loved sharing stories about his life, past and present. Tommy was the loving and very proud patriarch of a large family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Larry Pitcher.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Andrea Pitcher; sons, Kaleb Pitcher (Jessica) of Paragould, Tommy Pitcher (Anna) of Troy, MO; daughters, Annalee Pitcher of Paragould, Nikki Kemp (Brandon) of Jonesboro, Christina Rogers (Bradley) of Paragould; brother, Vondia Glen Pitcher (Lavada); sister, Patty Hyde (David); grandchildren, Julio, Kacie, Analucia, Beto, Gracie, Alejandro, Johannes, Anthony, Connor, Alex, Michael, Samantha, Gregory, Hadley, Anikin, Brantley, Leia, Braxton, Amara, Jensen; and eight great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 25, from 11:00 a.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Gainesville Cemetery.
Anthony Pitcher, Michael Daniels, Connor Upchurch, Julio Flores, Gregory Kemp, and Alex Upchurch will serve as pallbearers.
