Tracy Delores Rubbo, 53, of Paragould, passed away November 12, 2020.  She was born September 29, 1967, in St. Louis, Missouri, to John Rubbo and Tammie Easley.  Tracy owned and styled hair for many years at Hair Illusions.

Tracy was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her daughter, Grace Williams; brothers, Kenny Rubbo and Kerry Rubbo; and sisters, Linda Grice and Cindy Baker.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 17, from 2:00 p.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home.  The funeral service will begin at 3:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.
