Ruth Virginia McDowell, 89, of Paragould, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016.  She was born, September 28, 1926, in Michigan to Herbert and Erphie Hill.  She enjoyed motor home traveling.  Virginia was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her grandsons and great granddaughters.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Eldon McDowell; brothers, Leonard and James Hill.

Survivors include Virginia's daughters, Diane Dumonte and Patricia Sanders, both of Paragould; sister, Norma Hill; grandsons, Brian and Scott Dumonte; great granddaughters, Hailey Mitchell, Mattie Dumonte, and Tristin Leisure.
