Warren Dale Nelson, 51, of Marmaduke, Arkansas, departed from this life on May 12, 2022.  He was born January 20, 1971, in Paragould, to Hershel and Brenda Nelson.  Warren loved watching sci-fi movies, listening to music, hunting, and especially fishing.

Warren was preceded in death by his parents, Hershel and Brenda Nelson also of Marmaduke, Arkansas.

He leaves behind two daughters; Madison (Austin) Shelton of Paragould and Kaylee (Tyler) Cusick of Mountain Home, Arkansas; two sisters, Angie (Scott) Crossno of Lafe, Arkansas, and Tonya (Michael) Miner of Paragould; paternal grandmother, Vaniel Nelson of Halliday; and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. until service time Monday, May 16, at Providence Baptist Church in Lafe.  The funeral service under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home will begin at 5:00 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church with Mike Hoggard officiating.  Burial will follow at Hartsoe Cemetery.

The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff at Green House Cottage of Belle Meade for the wonderful, loving care they showed Warren.

If one wishes to make a memorial, Warren would be honored with contributions to Arkansas Children's Hospital.
