Wava Potter, 82 passed away September 26, 2013 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. She was born September 30, 1930 in Walcott, Arkansas to Wake and Selma Willcoxson. She was a member of Walcott Baptist Church where she enjoyed spending time with the "Shining Light" Sunday school class and she volunteered for the Senior Bees . Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Henry H Potter; and several brothers and sisters.She is survived by two sons, Harvey and Linda Potter and James Potter all of Walcott, AR.; a brother, Andrew and Helen Willcoxson of Walcott, AR.; a sister, Ava Lou and Frank Hyde of Walcott, AR.; three grandchildren; Missy and Brannon Treece, Jody and Sasha Potter all of Jonesboro, AR. and Carrie Potter of Brookland, AR.; two great grandchildren, Morgan and Bella Grace Treece.The Family will receive friends 6-8 pm Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Phillips Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2pm Sunday, September 29, 2013 at Walcott Baptist Church with Brother Marion Cornett officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
