Willey Wilbert Nicley, Jr. of Paragould, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2021, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.  He was born August 22, 1960, in Clay County, Arkansas, to Willey Wilbert Nicley and Myra Naydean Nicley.

He was preceded in death by both his paternal and maternal grandparents; his father, Willey Wilbert Nicley; his mother, Myra Naydean Nicley; a brother, Danny Nicley; and niece, Vickie Coffel (Blagg).

His survivors include sisters, Kathy Coffel of Rector, Arkanasas, Myra Crow of Pocahontas, Arkansas, and Terry Greer of Elizabeth, Arkansas; brother, Dave Nicley of Rector, Arkansas; nephews, Steve Crow of Pocahontas, Arkansas, Leon Coffel of Rector, Arkansas, and Arthur Crow of Pocahontas, Arkansas; nieces, Kim Crow of Paragould, Arkansas, and Monica Crow of Pocahontas, Arkansas.
