William Frank Edward Norton III - August 11, 2013 William Norton, infant son of William Norton JR. and Erica Norton, passed away August 11, 2013 at his home. He was born July 15, 2013 in Paragould, AR. Preceding him in death were his maternal grandmother; Michelle Elmore, Rachel and Tiffany Norton, Grandma and Grandpa Holloway. He is survived by his parents; Paternal Grandparents, William Sr. and Rebecca Norton; two brothers, Jason Dixon and Jaden Elmore; three sisters, Katelyn Dixon, Star Stormy Rachel Norton and Nataly Norton; Maternal Grandparents, Watson sailors, Orrie Manus and Dorris George; two aunts, Kimberly (William) Crutchfield and Ashley Talley; two great aunts, Rigina Housman and Lynn Sailors.Pallbearers will be William Norton JR. and William Crutchfield.Graveside services will be Friday August 16, 2013 at Linwood Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. The family will receive friends from 10-11 at Phillips Funeral Home.
