William Scott Grant, 50, of Paragould, passed away June 14, 2011 in Southaven, MS. He was born November 24, 1960 in Paragould, AR. He was the son of Joann Grant and the late George Grant. William was of Baptist faith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, dirt track and NASCAR racing, and he loved the outdoors.He is survived by his wife Sheila Grant of the home; three sons Michael Grant, Marcus (Tina) Grant and Mason Grant; one daughter, Megan Grant; one sister, Georgeann McDonald all of Paragould; one grandson, Tyeson Grant and two step grandson's, Landon and Carson Calhoun.He was preceded in death by his dad George Grant; one brother, Michael Grant; grandmother, Ruth Ann Hampton and grandfather, "Doc" Hampton.  Visitation will be Friday, June 17, 2011 from 10 am to 12 pm in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with services following at 12 pm.Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery. Pallbearers are Shay Stacy, Adam Dunlap, Rex Morland, Mike Davis, Tim Barnes and Wendell Pitcher. Honorary pallbearer, Michael Pitcher.
