Frances Williams, 84, of Paragould, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021.  She was born October 31, 1936, in Paragould, to Earl and Clella Jane Dial.  Frances was a member of Finch Baptist Church.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents; sixteen siblings; daughter, Janet McMillan; daughters in law, Debbie May and Annette May.

Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Roy Williams; sons, David May, Mark May, and Keith May; daughters, Joy Bryant (Ron) and Judy Birdno (Jack); son in law, Harry McMillan; step son, Arthur Crowe (Patty); step daughter, Margaret Harris (Ronnie); brother, J.W. Dial; sister, Mary McFall; grandchildren, Makayla Bolster, Cody Bolster, Nick Birdno, Lee Birdno, Ashley Couch, Corey Bryant, Michael Krzton, Kim Proffitt, Marie Krzton, Jessica Sims, Marie Fryer, Victoria Strait, Elizabeth Lybarger, and Darless Majeski; step grandchildren, Casey Porsch and Craig Porsch; several great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 24, from 11:00 a.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home.  The funeral service will begin at noon at Phillips Funeral Home with Dennis Strope officiating.  Burial will be at Clark's Chapel Cemetery.
