Charles "Randy" Clinton

Charles “Randy” Clinton, 64, of Paragould, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. He was born June 15, 1958, to Odis Clinton and Ola Metz. Randy collected tools and guns and could fix anything. He was a big jokester and loved to make others laugh. He enjoyed visiting with his friends and above all, he loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. Randy never lost his faith throughout his battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Above all, he loved the Lord.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jason Clinton; stepfather, Frank Metz; and sister, Janet Metz.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Rhonda Clinton; daughters, Miranda Tucker (Michael), Renee Archer (Brian), Kelly Sullivan, Breanna Gibson (Joseph); brothers, Gene Metz, Franklin Metz; sisters, Brenda Clinton, Glenda Crisco, Melinda Wiseman, Nancy Metz, Patsy Clinton; grandchildren, Tanner Cole, Tyler Rosten, Clinton Tucker, Carson Tucker, Whitney Rogers, Alyssa Cole; and great-grandchildren, Paisley Gibson, Maya Gibson, Aria Rogers, and Remi Helton.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 5, from 2:00 p.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 3:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with Paul Hayes officiating. Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery.

Clinton Tucker, Carson Tucker, Michael Tucker, Brandon Boling, Joseph Gibson, and Elvis Cooper will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers include James Vaughn and Tim Woods.
