Obituary

Gary Leon Winn went to be with the Lord on January 7, 2023. He was born on May 12, 1945 in Cardwell, MO to Jeff and Alvetia (Hyde) Winn. 

He was a US Army veteran and truck driver for many years. Leon was a man of many interests who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. He also loved cooking, especially BBQ, 
and often invited others to join him for a meal and a chat.

He was a person who was always out and about, visiting with friends and family, and never met a stranger. He attended Trinity Full Gospel Church in Paragould and loved the Lord.

He was preceded in death by his parents Jeff and Alvetia (Hyde) Winn, and brother Jerry Don Winn.

Survivors include a sister, Pat (Winn) Price of Paragould, numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of other close friends and loved ones. 

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 pm Thursday January 12th at Phillips Funeral Home in Paragould.

He will be laid to rest following graveside services Friday January 13th at Clarks Chapel Cemetery at 10am with Marlin Ray officiating.
