Linda Kay Sanders

Linda Kay Sanders, 74, of Rector, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2020.  She was born April 13, 1946, to David and Mary Conyers.  Linda enjoyed gardening, watching cooking shows and westerns.  She was baptized in Black River.  Her greatest joy was being with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; father in law and mother in law, Herschel and Lois Sanders; and great nephew, Markus Trey Lowtharp.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Bill Sanders of Rector; son, Barry (Dawn) Sanders of Rector; grandchildren, Kyler Sanders, Alyssa (Harry) Farmer, Kanaan Diddle, and Cade Timms; great grandchildren, Kayley, Paisley, and Colton Farmer; brothers and sisters, Larry (Jane) Conyers of Rector, Garry “Pistol” (Sandy) Conyers of Corning; Donna Hollowell of Maynard, Terry (Gail) Conyers of Corning, Darlla (Dale) Mcclung of Pocahontas, Billy Conyers of Boydsville, and Rita (Ron) Phelps of Paragould; numerous beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 8, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.  A graveside service at Piggott Cemetery under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home will be Wednesday, September 9, at 10:00 a.m. with Rick Neeley officiating.

Barry Sanders, David Timms, Larry Conyers, Gary Conyers, Nathan Sanders, and Tony Sanders will serve as pallbearers.
